The 103^rd House District is home for Randy Surline.  Randy has lived and worked here and dedicated his best to this Northern Michigan area.

There are no excuses why the 103^rd should be left behind with money going to other districts and not to the 103^rd.  Randy has never been afraid to do what needs to be done.  Randy thrives on accomplishment.

Randy knows that if you don’t stand up for what you believe in, then you fall for everything else.  This is not Randy’s way!  Part of Randy’s belief’s lie in the saying, “If it’s to be, it’s up to me”.  You can’t live by, “Maybe it will happen because maybe it won’t”.

With Randy Surline on your side, there is no job too big or too small.  Randy learned to reach goals at an early age.  He sold Christmas cards at age 11 to earn a bike.  He mowed lawns, shoveled snow, and worked in a store to earn money. 

Because Randy has lived in the 103^rd all of his life, he knows people from all walks of life and cares about them.  Some people are employed and some are not.  Some are farmers; some are businessmen; some are self-employed.  Everyone is important!!  Everyone needs to make a living and has bills to pay.  If people live here in the 103^rd, Randy is here for them.
